Gillian has been a friend of QMIPRI for some years, collaborating with many of our researchers and contributing to our seminars and courses. A former Chair of a technical board of appeal and permanent member of the Enlarged Board of Appeal at the European Patent Office (EPO), Gillian is now a member of Hogarth Chambers. She is a Consulting Editor for LS Law Patents and Senior Co-Editor of Copinger and Skone James on Copyright
Gillian is currently teaching copyright to students of the MSc in Intellectual Property Law and Management.
